We have moved! After 15 years being based in Edinburgh, we recently moved our ashram down to the beautiful Scottish Borders, and it means we can now finally afford to offer some in-person classes again in the capital – very close to our old premises in Montgomery Street! Come and join weekly yoga and meditation sessions on Wednesday evenings.
